Bug Fixes
- Bullet Velocity Reset:
- Fixed an issue where bullets would occasionally reset their velocity after being fired, causing them to stop mid-flight. Bullets now maintain consistent speed throughout their entire range.
- Zombie Animation Desynchronization:
- Resolved a bug where certain zombies (especially ranged and brute types) would enter a stationary state when attacked, causing animation delays. Zombies now consistently react to player damage without lag.
- Coin Collection Overlap:
- Addressed an issue where collecting coins while moving could cause the coin counter to display incorrect values. The coin collection system now ensures accurate updates in real-time.
- Health Kit Spawn Logic:
- Fixed a bug that prevented health kits from spawning after defeating a zombie under specific conditions (e.g., environmental damage). Health kits now reliably drop from defeated enemies according to the defined drop rates.
- Active Ability Cooldown Not Updating:
- Fixed a problem where the cooldown timers for active abilities (like Sprint, Shield, and Stealth) were not updating visually on the UI, leading to player confusion. The UI now accurately reflects active and remaining cooldown times.
- Visual Glitch with Zombie Health Bars:
- Resolved an issue where zombie health bars would occasionally disappear or flicker when multiple zombies were on screen. Health bars are now stable and correctly display health changes as zombies take damage.
- Shop Display Error:
- Fixed an error that caused the shop menu to display incorrect weapon costs if the player leveled up mid-session. The cost and availability of weapons are now refreshed properly upon opening the shop.
- Environmental Object Interaction Delay:
- Addressed a bug that resulted in delayed interactions with environmental objects (e.g., trees and buildings) during combat, which could cause players to walk into invisible barriers. Objects should now respond instantaneously.
- Zombie Type Drop Issues:
- Fixed a bug where certain zombie types would not drop coins or health kits when defeated. All zombie types are now configured to drop items according to their specific drop tables.
- Persisting Snapshot Issues on Game Load:
- Resolved an issue where the game state would not load correctly if saved right before combat. Players can now safely save and load their game without losing progress or encountering glitches.
